ALL ABOUT KIMI AND THE SURROUNDING AREA

This is the small village of Platana. near the city of Kimi and the horbour of Kimi which includes a small marina for up to 30 m yaghts.



      The village of Platana from the sea. The village is extented across the main road which connects Athens with the port of Kimi and the city of Kimi. Its the only way to visit island Skyros



      The surrounding area of Platana is a full green hill suitable for summer vacations and winter activities as well

      Platana is situated 5 km away from the city of Kimi which is placed at the top of the mountain and keeps

5000 citizens all year. At Kimi there is a public general hospital.

PROJECT UNDER CONSTRUCTION

 At the end of the video, you can see the hill with a part of the Platava village, in which the comple of holiday houses is being constructed. In the next video you see...

 The original project includes the construction of the 10 holiday houses by the aegean sea. The plots area is 1000 sq.ms for each site. The total area for the 10 houses is 2000 sq.ms . The foundation of the complex started in January 2007.
